Nassau County Assessor Harvey Levinson will appear throughout December on Cablevision’s “Meet the Leaders” with former Suffolk County Executive and host Pat Halpin.

Assessor Levinson will discuss his continued efforts to improve the assessment system, as well as his recent proposals to curtail the growth of illegal multi-family dwellings throughout Nassau County and reform the school property tax system.

Adult Ed is offering you the chance to sign up early for the upcoming term’s series of five Art Trips. These trips usually sell out, so, why not register now and join us for the fall series of exciting trips to museums and places of interest!

Maike Marschhausen is our guide on these trips and Maike always does an excellent job! If you have ever been on any of Maike’s trips then you know that she is not only a superb guide but also she is extremely well organized and everything is well planned.

The fee for registration and transportation for all five trips is only $150.

The fee does not include admission fees or lunch.

The dates are March 9, 30; April 13; May 4 and May 18.

GC residents have priority registration until January 15th.
