Scouts Ian Guarino, Daniel Casale, James Desousa and Leo Durante pay close attention to Detective Perdone as Craig Desousa listens in. This past Friday the Den 1 Tigers took a tour of the Garden City Police station. Detective Richard Perdone headed the tour and took the scouts behind the scenes at Police headquarters. The scouts visited the shooting range, viewed the equipment carried by the GC police vehicles and were given a lecture by Detective Perdone on safety. Craig Desousa, father of scout James Desousa thought it was a great opportunity for the scouts to see Garden City's finest hard at work.
