A winner comes up to receive her prize. St. Joseph students enjoyed an afternoon of bingo on Friday, November 19. Students excitedly checked their bingo game cards against a large electronic game board and followed entertaining instructions from professional bingo "m.c." Alan Straus of Hollyrock Entertainment. Winners had their choice of gift cards from vendors such as TCBY and Burger King. Separate sessions for the upper and lower grades ended with pizza and soda for all participants. PTA Special Events Chairperson Barbara DeBold organized the afternoon so that all ran smoothly.
