On Friday, November 26, friends and former G.C. classmates of Joe Cole (GCHS ’77) are all invited to JP McGeevers on Nassau Blvd. from 8pm-11:30pm for an evening of live music, warm remembrances and chance to celebrate the life of a friend.

The evening is being held in memory of Joe Cole who lost his battle with Leukemia on Sept. 10, 2004. Joe left behind a wife, three young children and a lifetime of memories.

Joe’s good friends and colleagues in the Greater Boston area where he and his family lived the past 15 years have established the Joe Cole Children’s Fund to help Joe’s widow and children get through the difficult times ahead. This is a chance for all of us to help.

So, if you’re in town - or live close by and can come out that evening, it would be great to see you at JP McGeevers. A “donation box” will be set up on site. For those unable to attend please mail your checks to the address listed below:
