Apollo Theater The annual Woman’s Club Philanthropic Fund-Raiser, chaired by Connie Paradiso, was held at the Casino on October 4 th. The theme this year was “Hats On.” Members and guests were urged to wear a vintage hat. President Judy Radocy was over-joyed at the huge success. Money was raised for many charitable endeavors.

On October 26 th, a bus full of lucky members of the Woman’s Club visited Harlem, the Apollo Theater and St. John the Divine.

It was historic and fun! A great show at the Apollo and lunch at Sylvia’s rounded out the history lesson.

Gloria Mentzel, Nancy Pastula and Judy Radocy posed with restaurant owner Sylvia. Lucky Bucks were won by Elizabeth Dunleavy, Betty Urann and Julie Fehler. Pat Esculish and Ada Kane won the money trees, one of which was donated by the president. Fun and good works - a winning combination!
