A public forum sponsored by Senior Connections will feature an intergenerational program on Elder Law designed for the mutual interest of Seniors and Youth (SAY) on Tuesday afternoon, November 30 th, 2004 at the Garden City Public Library from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. This Forum will be held in the Main Conference Room on the lower level. Elevator available.

The outstanding speaker and expert in Elder Law will be Attorney Ellen G. Makofsky who will focus on a range of intergenerational issues such as informing seniors on how to leave assets to heirs, how to pay for a grandchild’s education, and how to use IRAs to benefit grandchildren. Ms Makofsky’ will welcome questions and open discussion. Refreshments and Handouts available. This Forum provides opportunity to learn about the legalities of Elder Law for the mutual benefit of older and younger family members.
