On a clear, balmy, Halloween day, Garden City’s Thunder Maroon 10’s beat the Farmingdale Hawks by a final score of 7-6.

The GC players are gifted with talent and the coaches are motivated for next week’s final game of the regular season. Based on Maroon’s string of victories (6-1-0), there is no reason to think they can’t compete for a playoff berth.

Garden City returns to the home field on Sunday to face the undefeated and unscored upon Hempstead Tigers (7-0-0). Please show your support and join us at Stewart Field at 11:00a.m.
