The Bombers enjoying the moment. The Garden City (9 & under) Bombers finished their Diamond Pros league fall baseball season on October 30 th by beating the NYC, Peter Stuyvesant team. During the last weeks of the season, the team achieved notable success by defeating the only two undefeated teams in the Diamond Pros league. The Bombers first shocked the undefeated (11-0) Syosset Braves #1 team, by winning 6-3. The following week the Bombers upset the undefeated (9-0) Syosset Braves #2 team; by the score of 19-8. The Bombers defeated Peter Stuyvesant 8-2 in their final week.

John Santucci, Willie Brosnan, Brian Heinze, Nicholas Croce, Chris Gallic, Philip Volz, Billy Clarke, Will Harrington, Tim Halaby, Jake Menges, Tim Confort, Ryan Scott, Tim McDonaugh, Danny Weis, Joe Burdi and Jack Lucchesi all contributed individually and made for a successful and memorable season.
