This issue of the Garden City News contains as a supplement, Garden City’s 36th annual edition of the Garden City Chamber of Commerce’s Community Guide and Calendar of Events produced by the Chamber as a community service. It is being delivered to all Garden City residents over the course of two weeks. It is also inserted in all local newsstand copies.

The purpose of the Chamber’s Community Guide is to serve as the Village Calendar, providing Garden City’s residents and businesses with a listing of all community organizations, school and church groups; their presidents or chairpeople, along with addresses and telephone numbers. The Guide also lists the events scheduled by our community organizations from now through June of 2005, as they were presented to the Chamber at the President’s Coffee last June, or in forms returned to the Chamber by mail.
