The Garden City Republican Club is hosting a Young Republican Campaign Rally on Friday, October 22,at Garden City Republican Headquarters, 172 Seventh Street, beginning at 7:30 PM until 9:30 PM. All interested are invited to attend and enjoy refreshments and pizza. The event is sponsored in an effort to encourage volunteers involvement for the remainder of the campaign. There is also a need for help on October 28, at the Annual Fall Reception which is being held this year at the Nassau Bar Association from 6:00-8:00 PM, and the annual "Walk the Vote" day held on Saturday, October 30 beginning at 9 AM at Garden City Republican Headquarters on 7th Street. "This is crunch time for all candidates not just in Garden City. And what makes every candidate smile here as we approach the home stretch is to see volunteers with renewed energy say they can help make a difference," remarked former Young Republican and Committee member, Jackie Vita. "Starting with our own Garden City residents Senator Kemp Hannon and Judge Daniel Palmieri we hope to boost momentum now until November 2nd that will take them and fellow qualified candidates, Assemblywoman Maureen O'Connell and Congressional Candidate, "Mayor" Jim Garner to victory,"joined in Joe Giacinto, Club President.

The Garden City Young Republicans will be joined by some members of the Nassau County Young Republicans as well that evening.
