on oct. 10, a 21-year-old Garden City South man was arrested for alleged DWI (.14%) at Cambridge Avenue. PO Dallolio made the arrest.... on oct. 8, 3:45 am PO Oswald observed a 33-year-old South Ozone Park man allegedly DWI (.18%) on Franklin Avenue.... $100 was taken from a desk at a Franklin Avenue office, on Oct. 7.... on the same day, a 30-year-old Garden City South woman walking along Wellington Road was approached by a 14-year-old Caucasian male, who was wearing a sweat shirt, beige pants and carrying a black backpack. The teen said obscene things and made a lewd gesture.... also on oct. 7, between 8 am and 2 pm, $20 in US currency, and credit cards were taken from a wallet at a Franklin Avenue office.... on oct. 9, 3:15 pm, someone stole a pocketbook containing $5 in US currency and credit cards from the floor of the Garden City High School gym.... on oct. 10, police arrested a 55-year-old Hempstead man who had stolen 18 Structure shirts and placed them in a plastic bag as he attempted to exit the Sears store.
