The Hammerslys, the Mackeys and Maria Franco supported last year’s Mercy Masquerade Mixer. Mark you calendars for the second annual Mercy Masquerade Mixer! The date for this costume party is Friday, October 22nd from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. at J.P. McGeevers in Garden City South. Delicious hors d’oeuvres and an open bar will be available all night. The cost is $40 per person. Last year’s event was a smashing success; a fabulous array of imaginative people dressed up to support the Cancer Care Unit at Mercy Medical Center. Disguises included ghosts and goblins, the Clintons, the Simpsons, 60’s flower-power people, the Cat in the Hat, witches and pirates.
