 The Garden City Checkmate Sharks will be holding open tryouts Saturday October 16th from 3-6p.m. at The Waldorf School (Rain Date Oct. 17th 4-6:30P.M.). Tryouts are open to all former SHARK players as well as any 6th grade student currently attending school in Garden City. Application forms can be downloaded from our website by visiting www.gcsharks.com. In order to tryout, application forms must be filled out and faxed to Bob Jahelka @ 516-541-1430 by Friday October 8th.
