SAIL, a senior ministry of The Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Garden City, is sponsoring a program designed to help seniors protect themselves against scams. The program, How to Protect Yourself and Your Home, will be held Saturday, Oct. 2, at 9 a.m., at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, located at 420 Stewart Ave. in Garden City.

Guest speakers will include Detective Richard Pedone of the Garden City Police Dept. and Brian McElroy of Coach Realty. A complimentary continental breakfast will be provided.
