Mr. and Mrs. Warren Seidel of Garden City wish to announce with pleasure the engagement of their son Philip Andrew to Ms. Margaret Ann Davidson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Davidson of Lafayette, New York. An October 2005 wedding is planned.

Ms. Davidson is a 1996 graduate of Lafayette High School in Lafayette, New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary and Special Education from SUNY Geneseo in 2000 and her Master of Arts in Education degree from SUNY Stony Brook in 2004. She is currently a teacher in the Northport school district.

Mr. Seidel is a 1996 graduate of Garden City High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from SUNY Geneseo in 2000. He is currently a web developer with Revlon Information Systems in Manhattan.
