Raymond (“Ray”) Stuart. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela B. Stuart, an attorney in Vero Beach and Washington, D.C., Dr.

Mr. Thomas A. Grogan, 89 passed away at Community Hospice in Jacksonville on Friday, May 4, 2012 following an extended illness. He was born on September 5, 1922 in Vandergrift, a small steel town in Western Pennsylvania, northeast of Pittsburgh. He attended local public schools and graduated from the University of Pittsburg in 1942, with the highest honors.

Adele Hopkins Eggers passed peacefully on April 28 with her children at her side after a short illness. Born in Brooklyn on March 10, 1924, a lifelong Garden City resident and St. Joseph communicant as well as a graduate of GCHS class of 1941. In Garden City, she met the love of her life, the late John Eggers. Blessed with a beautiful voice, she filled her home with song.
