The Easter Bunny Visits Cathedral

Following the Family Mass at 9:30 a.m. on Easter Sunday, the Cathedral of the Incarnation entertained the children of the congregation with a visit from the Easter Bunny. He had hidden eggs all over the South Lawn of the church for an Easter Egg hunt. The children and the adults enjoyed the visit from that furry domestic critter. Lots of jellybeans were devoured and lots of smiles were shared.

The 59th Annual Memorial Day Fair and Craft Fest will be held on the grounds of The Cathedral of the Incarnation on Monday, May 28 from 12 noon until 4 p.m. following the village parade and memorial services. The Garden City Community Church (GCCC) sponsored their Progressive Dinner recently. Over 90 people enjoyed a night of fellowship at three different locations. Members were assigned to one of three different homes for delicious hors d’ oeuvres. The generous hosts were the Matzelle, Mennicken and Stark, Jr. families. Next, each member went to another home for dinner.
